"I used a self-employed stylist who completely butchered my hair which gave me enough anxiety attacks to last a lifetime. Definitely was not an icy blonde balayage. I called Brodava and they really outdid themselves to correct the horror scene. The staff made things less stressful and helped keep my toddler entertained during the process which is a blessing in disguise for a mom. I wouldn’t ever recommend anywhere else, only Brodava. It’ll be my only go to salon in Perrysburg. Thank you ladies for the makeover and see y’all soon enough :)"
"Never. Again. Nicole absolutely ruined my 8 year old daughter's super curly hair and tried to tell me that the knots she allowed to form during the appointment were there long before our appointment. The picture is one of three knots that had to be cut out of her hair. My gut told me to cancel the appointment and I wish I had."
