"If I could give a zero I would. I received hair extensions on 6/29. I was given instructions of how to care for the extensions. I followed the instructions to a tee. Washed my hair once a week, dried completely, braided at night, used a wet brush to brush a few times daily. Within 6 weeks my extensions started ripping out at the root. I reached out and was told this was probably due to natural shedding. Within another week I had about 25-30 extensions rip out at the root. I ended up going to a more reputable hair extension salon to have them removed and was told by a professional who has been doing extensions for 15 plus years that the extensions were put in wrong on there was too much keratin. I reached out to Gabby Bury on 9/1 to advise what happened. She did not respond until 9/11. I now have bald spots and my hair is extremely damaged. She reached out to her “teachers” and said it was not her fault and that it was “user error”. I am not sure how it is my fault when I followed all her instructions. She was on maternity leave and was not available to look at my issues. I asked for some sort of refund and was told no since it was not her error. She was honest in stating she was new at putting in extensions, but is not taking any responsibility when it comes to issues that arise. Extremely disappointing. DO NOT go to her for extensions unless you want to go bald."
