However, you can call or text to arrange for gift certificate pick up. We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy and require a credit card on file for all appointments. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to providing flexible scheduling options for our clients. We have implemented new safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients.
