"I went for consult and was told it would be $200 to remove the redness. I was charged $300. She said she did another procedure. A large red mark appeared where there hadn’t been one. Had to pay extra for light treatments to get rid of it. Now I have brown spots going down the right side of my face. I’m never going there again."

"My husband gave me a gift card and I was excited to get a facial, manicure, and pedicure. As soon as I walked in I was not impressed. It was cramped, out of date, and smelled funny. As I was getting my manicure I was told my facial could not happen because the lady was feeling really ill. I totally understood but they did not even offer to reschedule it or even maybe a discount for the inconvenience. I thought it was also very overpriced. I was never asked which manicure or pedicure I wanted and for the services performed, it was not worth close to $82. I am used to Kenneth's and Penzones who offer much better services at a better rate. At the end the receptionist never asked if I wanted to leave gratuity so I assumed it must have an option on the receipt. She knew I was using a gift card to pay and when it went through I asked to leave a tip (since I wasn't given the option). She made a big deal out of having to rerun the card and cancel something and you could tell she was frustrated. She certainly should have asked before running the gift card. I will not be back."
