"No organization amongst management. It took me two weeks to have a online order resolved because I was sent the incorrect item. The store manager Lisa couldn’t help, the email address for their customer service wouldn’t help because a minor ordered it and they only wanted to speak to my young son (though it was my money), the customer service via phone has long hold times and never called me back. Finally going to social media I got this corrected in 10 mins. It should have been easy to just call or go online and get this corrected on the website but instead I received the run-around until finally posting on fb and insta to get a response and help. It’s sad. This started out as a company error that could have easily been corrected but escalated into losing a customer and multiple bad reviews."

"Always find what I'm looking for here with no issues. The downfall and the reasoning for the 2-star rating is the fact that most of the employees in this location are more focused on interacting with each other than remaining attentive to the guests that come through the store. Every time I'm ready to check out, it is very difficult to find someone readily available to ring me up because everyone is focused on talking to each other. It just makes for an annoying end to the whole shopping experience."
