"I just left your eastgate mall location, I took two young girls to get their ears pierced. Amanda (her badge said manager) was seriously the most amazing sales associate I’ve ever had at any Clair’s! She was patient and incredibly kind, she left an impression on mine and my two daughters soul that will not be soon forgotten."
"Came in searching for a birthday present for my niece and had the most wonderful experience. A worker named Ariel helped me find a bunch of gifts and toys that my niece absolutely fell in love with. Ariel was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what my niece would like. She made me feel like I was shopping with a friend and not just awkwardly wondering around the mall by myself. We definitely need more workers like her, finding the right gifts can be super stressful and she made it a breeze. I’m so so thankful for all the help I got. Highly recommend this Claire’s!"
"I have no complaints about the store itself or product but those kids working in there are working very hard and they have no air it’s 85° in there I felt faint I had to leave. I’ve been in there a few times in the last 2 weeks and it’s boiling in there is that even legal!!! I can’t believe THIS is how Claire’s treats their employees I know they aren’t being paid enough to go through this.I feel so bad for them."
