"I would give this location zero stars, honestly. I have no idea how anyone has left more than a 1 star. This is the SECOND time I have dealt with the actual worst costumer service at this location. I experienced it twice with, I believe it’s the manager… she has brown hair and a nose piercing. she is extremely rude with her approach and unprofessional. I had an online gift card that said it can be used at any Claire’s in store in the u.s and her employee wanted to check if she could use it on the credit card machine and she SNATCHED it out of the employees hand and said we don’t accept that gift card??? Literally the worst retail experience of my life and finally learned Claire’s kenwood is ran terribly and I’d advise you to go to any other location."
"the worse experience with customer service ever actually! my friend bought healing cleaner for her piercing and after she got done buying it wanted to return it . one of the workers were being short with her and very disrespectful! when we called back and asked to speak with manager she was rude as well ! honestly probably racist too !"
"The staff at this Claire's is so sweet and helpful. I went to shop for my daughter's 10th birthday slumber party and the staff was attentive and really helped me with picking the perfect items. My daughter and her friends loved everything! Also, the store was so clean and everything was fully stocked and available. I will definitely shop here again."
"Had not been to the store in awhile and it is looking great recently. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable especially helping me as a Dad with my daughter. I always feel like a fish out of water but they made me feel truly comfortable. I will definitely return for future needs."
