"Staff were really nice and friendly. I got a piercing and I’m very happy with it, then I got a tattoo, it got infected and color faded after 3 days!!! I know it’s not me cause I have another tattoo and it is fine."
"I went for a septum piercing, which was done correctly, but then I asked Pat to change the jewelry in my newly pierced tragus. When he tried closing the captive ring, he clamped it completely shut, and sent the ball flying across the store. He used a pair of unsanitized pliers from his truck to cut the ring out of my tragus, and tore my piercing. It never healed right and I'm surprised it never got infected. Not to mention what he did to my mother's tattoo. Never go to Pat for anything."
"They ruined the memorial tattoo I got for my friend. They showed us the drawing so fast we couldn’t see that he messed up the dates. Although I showed him her obituary. Shane is inexperience he should not be allowed to draw tattoos for anyone. He needs to re due his Apprentice ship. I will never go to this tattoo shop ever again."
"Avoid this place. Ended up in the hospital. I had tattoos before this and since this and they were fine. The one I had at this place landed me in the hospital for 4 days, almost lost my arm. Artist told me he had never happened to anyone else, but I met a guy that spend 2 days in the hospital after going there. This was ment to be in memory of my Dad, now looking at it just makes me sad. I think this is the reason they changed their name."
