I had communicated with Sydney via text about the design I wanted and she was always very quick to respond and very nice about any changes or questions I had before coming in. The place was very clean and all the staff was super friendly. This was my first tattoo and it made for a very comfortable environment. Sydney did a great job explaining everything about the process, was super personable, and I was extremely happy with her work!"
"Saw the quality of work on someone else so gave them a call. Got a return text msg a week later saying they normally book by text messages and to send in examples of what I was looking to have done. You'd think right before xmas they'd jump on a chance to make some money but 7 days later? When I told them I already found someone else I got no response back. No I'm sorry, nothing. My daughter said she called them once and never got a return phone call either. Makes one wonder about how they run the operation. The place I went to was OPEN, I walked in showed them what I wanted, and booked my session for 4 days later. We shared photos, and they texted me a reminder. That is how you do business."

"Very clean shop. Everyone there makes you feel right at home. I work with Greg. He rocked out a brutally hard cover up and I was his ever since. He listens and only goes with what your comfortable with. He works with you to make sure you’re stoked about everything. You might wait a bit for him (in demand) but it’s worth it. Love ya Greg!"
