"They will never get any of my business ever again! I requested for the young guy to do my pedicure because he did them before and I was satisfied. This time around he lied and said he was not doing services because of something dealing with school. As soon as I sat down to get my pedi with another staff he sat another young lady next to me and started her pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure was very aggressive and rough and does not know how to polish. Then she did my full set and was very rude. I told her after she did my first 2 nails that I did not like them and that they were not neat and that she need to clean them up. Bottom line I had to keep telling her how to do my nails. I told her I will pay for my service but I don’t like my nails and she got loud. I said again, I will pay for my nails but I do not like them and they are messy. Now I have to go to another nail shop to get them fixed and my nails are bubbling and crooked and a couple of them are lumpy. Never again"
"I ONLY PUT ONE STAR BECAUSE NONE WASN’T AN OPTION. My service was TERRIBLE!! The lady was super rough with my hands and feet. Rude as hell. I think it was table 11 … or 9. She complained and huffed and puffed because I had a lot of jewels on two of my fingers. VERY LAZY!!! 0/10 HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. The work was VERY rushed."
"Used to go to the old location across the plaza. Been a few years... I am a skeptical person and I'm so glad they proved me wrong!!!! Got a fill. I was in and out so fast and my nails are perfect!!! Not chunky and shape/length is just what I asked for. They got themselves a new regular customer. I had Michelle and she's my girl now!!!"
