"I went for the first time because I had a gift certificate! I literally walked in and stood at the counter and not one person said boo to me... so I sat down. I waited another 15 minutes without anybody speaking to me, so I got up and left. Never have I been treated like that at a business. I guess I will have to eat the cost of the gift certificate. Such a shame!"
