"The lady at the register was rude!! She rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders, said oh well when I said my sister is blind and can’t come get her own meds. She then started drinking her juice being very dismissive on my concerns . When the Manager asked what the problem is, he was told her customer service was bad he told me it was good. He didn’t even see or care how she treated me, in return he made her actions ok. They offer delivery so I guess people in this area have to except the disrespect. I myself will be looking into another provider for my sister. Stay away if you can. If I could give no star I would. All this because I wanted to know where my sister meds would be left because she wasn’t home and didn’t know they were being delivered SMH."
"The BEST pharmacy in my neighborhood. DEFINITELY better than Rite Aid. AND, they deliver your scripts. How awesome is that!? And they give you free COVID tests, free of charge."
"Worst costumer services ever!!!.Great prices poor customer .Delivery service is always late they will tell you it will be delivered on a certain day and be delivered 1-2 days later.. Communication is key and that is something that they do not do if they work on communicating with their customers it will be a great service and I can give them a 4 or 5 star until then I only give them a two star. They do have good potential."
"I became aware of this pharmacy from picking up my parents meds and saw how nice and efficient the staff was so i transferred my scripts here... Fast forward 2 years later seems like the service is going down... First they keep refilling meds i don't take anymore which i had my Dr. take off my list but since i guess i have many refills they keep sending them also they're not really listening I've gotten meds 2x and its wrong... As i write this im on my way there now and its too many people working to be that slow. It use to be fast friendly and efficient service but now... I think I'm going back to my original pharmacy at least they are consistent."
