"I have now received 3 piercings from Hybrid Image, 2 by Vicki and 1 by Ali. The shop is clean and the staff take time to explain everything they are doing. They are great at teaching about aftercare and what to expect with each piercing as it heals. They're also helpful with answering questions during the healing process and are happy to take a look at the healing piercing to determine if there is cause for concern and/or a need to seek medical care. "I recently took my 16 year old daughter here on Wednesday 7/7/21, the piercers name was Jake. First off he didn’t have right clamps for her tongue so he would just free hand it he said. I figured he’s a professional and knows what he’s doing so I went with it. He pierced her tongue and it looks good but he put the wrong bar in which was too small. Her tongue swelled which is normal but he is supposed to use a longer bar because of swelling and he used a smaller one and the ball actually went up into my daughters tongue and won’t heal right now. I took her to a different place to fix it and they said it’s definitely the bar your supposed to down size to after a few weeks and the tongue heals.. I trusted this place to pierce my daughters tongue and instead of saying sorry we don’t have the right equipment in right now he just used whatever he had so he wouldn’t lose a sale !! Stay away from these guys!! That is so unprofessional!! I also had a video but it doesn’t let me add it"
