"Kim is AMAZING with kids. My 6 year old got her ears pierced for Christmas, and Kim explained the process in detail, was patient when my daughter asked questions or was hyper. She helped her feel confident and in control the entire process. My daughter wanted me to get a piercing with her, so Kim did my daith and it was a great experience for me as well.
