"The store is about what you'd expect from a Walmart, but this is more to warn people to avoid their pharmacy. We all know how hard it is to get a Dr to reply back, especially on prescription returns. Some of us have quality of life issues without our prescriptions, and this is where Spencer (licensed pharmacist), single handedly impacted my quality of life over a weekend. And his supervisor did not take steps to fix it. Go in on a Thursday to get my refill, the pharmacist refuses, saying it is too early. Even though this was an approved by Dr refill due to misplaced medication (never in my 10 years have I misplaced this - moving sucks). Spencer pulls up my information, takes notes and says he will get this taken care of, and by this time tomorrow, I can come by to pick it up. Guess what? End of day Friday, he didn't. Nor did he note he even spoke with me. So, the pharmacist who is there now, does nothing. The early refill? I've been waiting a week to get my Dr to even respond to me, so now I'm 2 more days without my meds. After going 5 days up to this point and physically suffering as a result. 2 more days. Pharmacist not doing his job. Decides to just not update the notes and pretends while he is having a conversation with me that he would get clarification. No. He left to enjoy his weekend. So if he ignores me as a patient, imagine how many others he ignored too. All it would have taken is the current pharmacist to verify my conversation with Spencer, but he wasn't going to do that. I spend $3-4k per month at this Walmart location. On principal, I'm canceling Walmart plus and not just taking my prescription elsewhere, but my business overall. TL:DR The pharmacy does not care for their patients quality of life. Decides what is or is not important with your treatment and has no accountability."

"I literally just transferred my prescription to this location from another Walmart. Always had great service. Until today. The woman at the register was rude and yelled at me for being in the wrong line when there were two registers open. She said that she can’t see that I am in line although there were several other people in the same line. Gina was her name. Very unpleasant woman. Maybe she needs more training particularly in people skills. Debating on transferring my prescription to another location."

"Incompetent cashier always makes things more difficult than they should be. I will find a new pharmacy to use other than this one. I like working with competent people. Even the pharmacist at this location acknowledged the incompetence of the cashier... So why does she still have a job. She is costing the pharmacy customers."
