"Surly employees. Didn’t have all my Prescription but didn’t mention it any of the three different times I spoke to them. Waited in The drive through for 45 minutes and as I pulled up, a guy hung a “temporarily closed” sign in my face and then shrugged at me. 0 stars. Would not recommend."

"This place is nothing like it used to be. Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Long lines… getting calls and texts that my prescription is ready and it’s not… switching me from name brand to generic without Dr. authorization, he purposely had me on name brand. ALWAYS out of allergy meds...Long holds on the phone. Made the transition to Walgreens across the street this evening. CVS isn’t worth getting my blood pressure up-Besides, they would probably be out of the medication that I would need for it. I will still shop there for other needs as the store manager is wonderful. The pharmacy is the issue. With the constant turnover, they just need to close it down instead of remodeling it."

"CVS used to really be on the ball...but lately they have really gone downhill, unfortunately. Prescriptions that I go and pick up for my mom are very rarely ready when they are supposed to be. Also the lines both in the drive-thru as well as inside the store have been incredibly long. I have also noticed that they have been extremely short-staffed, with constant new employees and no real consistency, which means a big turnaround in workers, which is never a good sign. Hopefully, things will get better soon, as my mom has been a longtime customer of CVS Pharmacy."
