"Rude unprofessional behavior from associate with green hair. I chose a pair of earrings to get my 2 yr old daughter’s ears pierced, and after filling out all of my information and seeing the cost I am then informed that they don’t have them. I was then told to choose another pair that could be supplemented, and that I would not be charged any more than what I was told to start with. I picked another pair of earrings, and then was told no because they did cost more. Of course, this upset me and the associate said, if you don’t like what I’m doing, you can leave. That’s unacceptable behavior for their shortcomings. Manager Ashley didn’t do anything to rectify the situation. Would not recommend this place and will never be back"
