"Several months ago I asked for recommendations on pharmacies, since I was unhappy with Troy Kroger. I switched to CVS in Tipp City, and have been satisfied. But on Thursday I had a 12:30 Dr. apt, turns out I had pneumonia. On the way home, 12:59 I had a text from CVS they received 3 new scripts. I got lunch at a drive-thru. Sitting down at home to eat I received another text, scripts were ready! I called and told the pharmacy I didn't feel well, and could I pic up a box of Tylenol at the window? He said just give him 20 minutes. By 2:30 I had the Tylenol and the new scripts on board! I have never had such efficient service by a pharmacy when I really felt ill. I would have never asked Kroger to add the Tylenol. I just want to say they exceeded my expectations!"

"I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm sick and tired of waiting forever in the drive thru. 20 to 30 MINUTES!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!! You have only one person working the drive thru and two lanes. You let people drop off a prescription and WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU!! I KNOW I WAS BEHIND THE CAR AND WATCHED IT HAPPEN !!! You should have made the car pull up! When I come inside it's not much better. The last time I came in there were 9 people in line, 1 lady working the counter, 1 person working the drive thru, 1 pharmacist filling scripts, 1 lady filling scripts and TWO ladies off to the left side laughing and talking and drinking soda from a clear plastic cup. The heavy set lady looked our way TWICE! She did nothing. Neither lady did, not until the pharmacists asked them to come help. Did they come right away? Nooooo that would have been the professional thing to do. Instead they stood there while the heavy set woman finished her drink. Then the heavy set lady slowly came over, the other one disappeared behind the shelves. SHAME on Kroger for letting the pharmacy get this bad. Walmart will get all our business. The last two scripts have been a breeze to get filled."

"30 minutes for a basic request, the last months in a row. Who's running this show? What changed? It's not working and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Consistently let down and staff doesn't know the ins and outs as there is always someone new. Must ask for pharmacist assistance everytime. Sadly this isn't due to impatience or long line, just untrained staff who can't fulfill the customer's needs."

"Great drive-thru. There's a camera that allows you to see the person you are talking with. An added bonus, the pharmacist took it upon herself to speak to me about the change to my prescription. If I am ever in that area again, I would use that pharmacy."

"The majority of the staff here are very kind. Up until recently my only complaint was the long wait times in store and in the drive thru. I recently have had more severe health issues and have been prescribed multiple NSAIDs for pain. The same pharmacist has now questioned me the last 3 times I have picked medications up, almost like she's not believing that I'm needing all the medications that have been prescribed. Someone who is in constant pain with multiple chronic health issues could be shown a little more compassion. As of today, I'm sending EVERYTHING to Walgreens."
