"First time ever visiting - somehow the customer before mine's bill was added to mine (her card was declined) and was not noticed until after I paid and it went onto my credit card. To resolve the problem, the manager Scott said the only way to correct it was to manually remove everything from both carts (luckily the lady was still there) and manually credit each item. Took about 20 minutes of my time. I was never offered an apology or any restitution for this mistake. Mistakes happen, but what was missing was an "I'm sorry, it was our mistake" from the manager. That never happened, and no restitution was offered. Very poor customer service and likely poor training of the cashier."
