"Called ahead of time to see when they stop doing passport photos, the person on the phone said they stop taking them at 8 pm and it was walk in basis only. I arrived in store at 7pm, (shortly after calling) only for the associate to tell me they couldn’t take a passport photo at this time because they needed to count their drawers soon. And the other employees didn’t know how to take these kinds of photos. Very poor customer service."
