"Two young girls were working the day I came in. One wss very helpful and the other just sat behind the counter playinv on her cell pbone. When the helpful girl asked her if she knew where a certain book might be, she acted like she was annoyed. Several books I was looking for, they did not have. Went to another Bookstore at Crocker Park and they had exactly what I was looking for."

What's so hard about putting all biographies together or all true crime together? Why are they spread out in different places all over the store? For in-store shopping I'm going to B&N from now on"
