"The Kohl's in Fairview Park is amazing! I just went there for the first time, I've never been to this particular Kohl's store but had to pick up an order. I thought for sure it was going to take a long time because of it being the Christmas season and just a few shopping days away. I was pleasantly surprised! I went up the escalator to the online pickup at the service desk and there was a self-service pickup a friendly efficient employeeto help you find your package. I was in and out of that store in less than 5 minutes which was good because I was on my lunch hour. I will definitely be back to this Kohl's! Other places sure could take a lesson from you!!"

"Making woman and men share dressing rooms is ridiculous!! Not EVERYONE wants shared everything! If this is your way of trying to fit in with the woke agenda I’m done shopping at your store! I quit target.. I have no problem quitting your store too! My husband was SO uncomfortable standing next to young girls talking about how their bras fit! He was embarrassed for THEM! He could tell they were also uncomfortable and he tried to hurry out! Shame on you!!"

"I swear everyone that works here is miserable. Not one friendly face. I had to return after a security tag being not being removed, the woman damaged the item I needed to have the tag removed so she told me to get the same product to exchange it. I get the new item home only to discover THAT SECURITY tag wasn’t removed. I then had to load 2 toddlers in the car in the rain to go back to have the tag removed. The customer service was TERRIBLE. The woman rolled her eyes at me and when I asked to speak to the manager, the manager could care less about what I had to say. I will not returning to the Westgate location."

"I do like shopping there but I am elderly and need to walk with a cart, which are not always available. Because I have to use a cart, I find the aisles too close together. Too many displays in the main store aisles. However all the merchandise is lovely and always find nice choices."

"This store never disappoints me. It's always up to date with new trends and fashions .They have a nice selection of children's books and toys. All departments are organized, clean and tidy. The associates are accommodating and friendly. Check out is fast and efficient . It's been a minute since I've been in a department store and it was a great visit. I will be back soon .Thank you,!"
