"I have shopped at earth fare for years and recommended it to clients friends and family. Recently we have had a horrible experience at the north canton earth fare. We both spend several hundred dollars weekly. After my mother was screamed at by a cashier, and when she asked to not be spoken to that was was told she would be spoken to however she pleased the response was to give a coupon. After the loss of my stepfather while shopping for the family, they refused to use a coupon that was given in response to our poor treatment, because we did not have the physical coupon but a photo. I don’t keep paper anymore as it is easily lost. But the audacity to not right the situation is paramount. There are many options to shop in the area, fresh thyme, Whole Foods, Aldi, giant eagle etc. I would love to support their business but can’t in good conscious moving forward and would love to talk to someone in corporate because I do respect your company and hope that this situation and future situations can be made right"

"If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Reserved a fresh turkey for Thanksgiving two weeks in advance to be picked up day before. When I arrived when the told me to be there No reserved turkey and they couldn’t have cared less. Last time ever shopping here"

"The assistant meat manager was super professional and helpful! I used to own grocery stores, and I drive an hour because I love the organic selection at this site. The grass fed beef was what I came for and it’s very reasonably priced and looked fantastic. The store was in great shape. Very clean. I loved the personalized service from the meat Dept!"
