"Their prices are NOT thrift store price. It's laughable what they have the used furniture marked at, let alone $10 for a dirty, broken butter dish. Don't expect much, not worth the drive. The furniture outlet that sells new across the street has better prices."

"I won't go in to too much detail, because they like to clap back at criticism. I really used to love this place, and a few employees are genuine and go out of their way. However, I watched them price gouge everything, even delivery went up several hundred dollars. If you ask about this, you will be told they thoroughly investigate things online before making a price tag, and a few times I heard, "The term THRIFT is used loosely here, and this place should not be considered that at all" They did get out of paying me unemployment because they won't fire you, they'll pressure you to resign (for whatever you are going through) and there were a few employees there that were flat out scary and malicious behind their customer service smile. I stopped going in after it became obvious how greedy they had become, and after a certain employee I had issues with before insisted on approaching my husband and baby and acting overly nice to them after I would walk away. I wouldn't donate anything to them, look through the other reviews about how they're abusing the "charity" programs they participate in. This place no longer passes the vibe check and is moving in to taking advantage of naive people and those in need. I wouldn't apply for a job here either, you're not going to like the mean girl dynamic you're going to walk in to. *The stuff you buy REALLY needs examined before you buy it. Took home a bunk bed missing almost all the hardware (super not safe) they will fluff things that are broken, to make it look better. Nobody will tell you if there's something wrong with your item but will absolutely sell it for 4times it's actual worth. Stay safe shoppers."

"Worst thrift store in history. I'm an avid thrifter and this is the ONLY store I have never made a purchase from despite multiple attempts. Why? PRICES. Think $25 for a blender from the 80s with food still stuck in it. $20 for a junk toaster caked in crumbs. Furniture prices are basically full retail for items with obvious flaws and outdated style. Really makes you leave muttering "how is this place still in business?" After looking deeper into this company, it appears to me they inflate prices specifically so they can make money from agencies (some of which are government funded, meaning our tax dollars are possibly lining their pockets) that give out assistance vouchers for furnishings. Once you realize that, it all makes sense. Ask sky high prices, get bigger reimbursements from these agencies! The thrift side is basically just for show, the stuff doesn't seem meant for the public. For a "non profit" that is supposed to be "helping" people, it reeks of greed. Plain and simple. They even CHARGE people to collect donations, something literally every other thrift in the area does for free. Stop giving this company your items, stop paying them to take them. It's absurd. The state really needs to look into this voucher program and the price inflation that is milking it here."

"I went in looking for a specific dimension simple small side table….I’ve shopped here in the past so thought I could find what I need here….but it’s been awhile and things have definitely changed….I could not believe the $300 price tag for a small scratched up table!!!! There’s no way that table cost $300 ever, even brand new. Most others were priced even higher. By a lot. I continued then to look at prices on other donated furniture. Unbelievable. Don’t expect a fair price on anything in here. Better off to keep checking FB marketplace."

"I came in here desperately needing a couch for me and my two kids. For the past several months, I have been searching to find something in my budget around $200. Unfortunately with such a low budget, I have to be very careful where I purchase furniture from to avoid bringing any pests home. As a social worker I knew the furniture bank was a resource for people and families struggling to afford furniture. So I went in there expecting to find a couch of some sort. Before I explain how disgraceful this place is as a nonprofit, I want to say the employees are kind and try to work with you. However they can only do so much. I did not expect used furniture to be the same price as new furniture. The cheapest couch they had was $700 on sale. Most of their couches were over $1000. Coffee table sets $200-500. Its absolutely disgraceful. Yes people who are really struggling can get on a long wait list for a voucher, but even myself working two jobs can't afford those place because they are greedy. I will do my very best in the future to spread the word and to work to send anyone in need anywhere else, but there."
