"Terrible customer service!! I called at 7:15 p.m. and Venus answered the phone I asked her the price of 88 gas. She put me on hold for over 5 minutes which was strange so she could find out because I would think she'd be able to tell it right away. Finally she came back and said the price is $2.49. I confirmed and repeat it so 88 is $2.49 she said yes and I told her I was on my way. It is 10 degrees outside so very cold I pulled up at 7:40 only to have the sign say $2.99. I immediately called and no one would answer the phone I kept letting it ring and after the 30th ring a guy answered and I explained to him what happened. He first claimed that you can't see the price of 88 on the sign and I told him yes you can the first price is regular the second price is 88. Then he tried to say well the price comes from the computer we have no control over it, it changes all the time. I asked him it changed in 20 minutes at almost 8:00 at night and he was like yeah that's probably what happened. That is ridiculous and clearly she made a mistake and instead of owning it tried to run from it and then lie!!! Not at all impressed with this location if they are not going to be as good as the other ones then they should have never opened."

"To the fat girl with glasses on milkshakes last night around 11:30 pm 10/22/2023, maybe next time wait until the customers leaving the store before talking bad about them. Was waiting for my milkshakes through a mobile order I placed in store and they were never placed in the mobile order area and the number/name was never called, but apparently we should have known where they were. As soon as I picked them up the worker started to talk about us before us even leaving the store. Pretty much all food items were out. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because Jonas was very nice and helpful, even handed us our milkshakes from wherever the fat girl put them."

"They need more bosses that'll make them work faster. I order 2 burgers and fries and it's been 31 minutes and counting! And it was an empty store when I ordered. Also I had to wait at the counter to pay for 5 minutes before anyone cashed me out. I have nothing better to do with my time then to watch these employees move like sloths. Also it's been 33 minutes and counting"

"Tried this new location for the first time tonight & was absolutely disappointed by the kitchen. Ordered in store & they gave us 1 bag filled to the top with our entire order. Once we got home, come to find out we were missing half of our food order including all the additional sauces & dips we paid extra for. On top of that the wings were packed on their side leaking through the entire bag. The manager gave us 2 options: drive back & get the same order again or drive back & get a refund. It was 9:30pm. I'd rather drive an extra 20min to the North Ridgeville location then to try this Elyria sheetz again."
