"My husband has been going to Phil for a while now. He has always been happy and satisfied with his cuts. So our friends barber had a bad fire and needed and new place to go. So he met my husband at Phil’s and made an appointment. When he went in for his appointment, he told Phil he wanted him to use a #3 blade. Well it turned out Phil used a #2 blade which was way too short for him. And Phil took a pretty deep nick in the side of his head.(Just a bald spot not a cut in his head.) Our friend was very unhappy and will never go back to Phil."
