"I think it is now 20 years that I have been coming to Hershey's. That should say enough!"
"Last Saturday, my son and I came in to get his hair cut. My step-dad just had his hair cut there the previous week, and it looked amazing!! My son sat down in Susan's chair and had him all ready to get his hair cut. He was showing her what he wanted. A customer walks in, and all of a sudden, my son is being moved to the hairstylist next to her Alex. She didn't ask if we minded. She just moved him. Obviously, he was a regular customer of hers. I thought Susan was very rude to us and very unprofessional. Especially us walking in as new clients. Not a good look for a business. Alex did an amazing job on my son's hair, though. Will we come back? I doubt it."
"Send my son up there with his grandmother then they botched my sons haircut. It looks awful. They charged full price plus a tip for a messed up haircut. That wasn’t even complete. I’m not mad about the tip part. I would’ve left a tip regardless but don’t charge for a bad haircut."
"Came to visit daughter and son in law for a couple weeks. I'm from Toronto Canada area and needed a cut so I googled the area and these guys came up. Thought I'd support the local shops and man not disappointed. Great old school barber shop. Amazing cut in and out quick. Love the old school feel. Thanks Jason you did a great job. Now I have another reason to come to Medina other then to see my US family. Will come back again for sure. Well worth the drive and OMG compared to back in Toronto this cut would have cost me double. $15 plus a $5 for a tip. Great convo and staff are super friendly Cheers guys and gals at the shop.
