The salon is right off E Bridge Street next to McKelvey Park, a lovely location in beautiful and historic downtown Berea a short walk to Baldwin Wallace University. Initially I came in for a consultation but felt so comfortable with Mien's knowledge, experience and suggestions that she cut my hair that day. I was thrilled with the cut and made an appointment to have my hair colored two days later. Mien is an expert colorist and immediately knew what I needed. "Poor professionalism. Owner does not know how to conduct business. Does not separate home-life from work-life. I was treated horribly when I tried to make an appointment. I was ignored for a week. I didn't even get a call back I got a random text message saying she couldn't book me. I've gone here before never had a problem. It only pushed me to find a better stylist. I thought she was good but the stylist I have now is far exceeded excellent. Kind of glad it happened, my color needed help."
