"I've gone several times to this location and I'd been very happy. I'd even seen the two hairdressers there the day of this incident before. Given that I'd had such great experiences, I couldn't believe how I was treated just a few days ago. I went into this location and was checked in for a haircut. There were two women getting their hair taken care of and there were two hairdressers. One hairdresser had evidently been in the middle of having her own hair done or something. Her hair was in aluminum foil but each of them were still taking care of these two women customers. Each of the hairdressers finished taking care of their customer at practically the same time. I figured it'd be just a couple minutes of cleanup until I was called to get taken care of. A little times goes by and I look up and I see the one hairdresser washing the other's hair in the basin. I continued waiting for a few minutes more before becoming irritated and leaving. Never did either one of them come to me and just politely ask me if they can just continue whatever they'd been doing prior to these two women customers before me arriving. Why was my time less important than the customers that had been there before me? Why wasn't I approached and politely told I'd be waiting just a little longer for them to finish up? Why was this being done during business hours in the first place? So many questions. Like I said, I'd typically had great experiences here but this experience is one I'll never be back because of."

"Went to Stephanie one time to cut my damaged hair off from bleaching and she made such a huge impact that I remembered her name years later when my sons barber retired and he needed to go elsewhere for haircuts. He’s 5 and usually shy but was super comfortable with her and she made the experience for him super comfortable and fun!"
