"Told me they wasn't serving ice cream or milkshakes last night,they was defrosting..I know even when your defrosting your supposed to serve customers..NOT AT THIS LOCATION APPARENTLY..it's a ice cream store that chooses when they serve it...I used to work at store 1 and they are choosing to not sell product just so everyone is aware and this is like the 3rd time(probably more) I've went in for ice cream over the years and it was a problem,2 times was told no for defrosting and 1 time because the guy working that night flat out didn't want to serve me and I left a voice-mail with consumer relations and never heard back..this place needs help"
