"Called the pharmacy as the mail order pharmacy I now have to get my prescriptions through requires that the current pharmacy call a help desk to give the current prescriptions. The pharmacist that answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Stated that “that’s not how that works”. I worked in a retail pharmacy for 3 years before my current position and understand that this is not standard, however if a patient asks for help, you help them. He then hung up without offering any other solution. I will not be going back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
