"Recently tried costco and was greeted with rude staff so decided to try sams club and went for the first time and was greeted by nice staff store is very clean and was helped with the checkout by a nice employee when the machine was acting up would definitely recommend"

"This Sam’s club food court is always gross. The pop machines are either always down or out of ice ! The tables are never wiped clean for seating & around the pop machine lids & utensils are always covered in pop, trash, or some sticky residue. Extremely unsanitary ! Honestly if the health department was contacted it wouldn’t be in business."

"As a regular patron of [Same's Club], I regret to say that my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing. The store's shelves seem to be perpetually barren, making it nearly impossible to find the products I need. The cafe is consistently closed without explanation, and when inquired about, staff members offer vague excuses that fail to provide any satisfactory explanation. Furthermore, the lack of assistance from staff when needed is concerning, leaving customers to fend for themselves. Additionally, the bakery section frequently runs out of essential items, further adding to the frustration of shopping at [Same's Club]. Overall, the current state of the store leaves much to be desired and does not meet the standards expected of a reputable establishment."

"I tried to come in for one thing after dropping my son off at the school next door. Usually I do my shopping in the afternoon but I didn’t have the baby with me and just needed ONE THING. This lady at the door for real would not let me in because I have standard membership and it’s “plus hour”. Thanks, I’ll not be renewing my membership if this is how you treat customers. Switching to Costco- I hear they are much better anyway."

"I like to do curbside pick-up. I'm handicapped and cannot lift heavy items. Both last week and today, I arrived in the 2nd half of the hour in which my products were to be ready. Neither order was ready to go when I arrived. Apparently today there is but ONE person working curbside. I am now 4 minutes from the end of my scheduled hour, and I do not hold much hope that my order will be ready any time soon. I have only recently moved to this area, and this was only an issue once in NC. I just called the store. Apparently, they are running 3 to 4 hours behind schedule. CRAZINESS! I opted to return the next day to pick up my order. I had a confirmation that the order was ready. We arrived at 2:34 p.m. We were checked-in through the app with our parking spot by 2:35. At 3:18, after other customers had arrived and received their orders, I called the store again. I was on hold for 5 minutes while the customer service lady checked on it. She then said my order would be "right out." After another 7 minutes, my order was finally in my car. The young man who delivered the order complained the whole time to his colleague, a young woman, that $24 an hour was not enough for how hard he had to work. Really? Perhaps if he performed the job well, it would not be enough. But at his pace, I'd say he was overpaid."
