"They have a high turnover rate so getting the same stylist is problematic. I do like the MVP service but depending on the stylist it can seem rushed and that you are putting them out by asking for it. That being said I still like the service I receive."
"don't take a young kid here. context, I took my 3 year old one time and the woman was wonderful. a few months later I took him back since we had a great experience. the barber clearly was uncomfortable cutting a child's hair and we ended up walking out because he, per the attitude, did not want to attempt to cut my childs hair. which is fine, I just wish he would have said that from the beginning and been professional. i'm sure he does fine with adults. a simple "ma'am I am uncomfortable cutting children hair" from the beginning would have changed the entire experience and professionalism."

"We've gone here regularly over the last 3 years between a few locations. This one's pretty good. I believe that they do some pretty nice looking haircuts, on occasion some haircuts could be alittle better. However, the last time that we went all haircuts were wonderful for my kids. I would recommend trying different locations for time to time. I will also say that the staff are all really nice and always say hello when people walk in the door. Please hit the (like) if you did.
