"Had an appointment with Dominique for a Total Blonde and haircut. First she shows up late, and then when she takes me back to the chair she starts to convince me that I don’t need to bleach my hair at all and she can actually just gloss me to get my results. I naively believed her even though she was clearly rushing my appointment. The haircut is absolutely atrocious (if a stylist does not ask if you want your hair straightened after a haircut RUN) and the color is….you guessed it not blonde and does not match my roots at all. I went home and straightened my hair and this haircut is a complete botch as well as the color. I will now have to cut my hair into a bob to fix this. Luckily the manager was nice enough to refund my service after seeing these baffling results but that is the only good thing to come of this appointment. Do not come here."
"Asked for brozing drops, said they had them behind the counter. I went up, and they didn't have them. Employe that told me they had them came up and grabbed them. They didn't show me that they were the bronzing drops and instead just put them in the bag (I should've checked when I left the store, but still). Got home and took them out of the trunk, and they, in weren’t what I asked for. Called them the next day and said that there's so many they just got them mixed up, but I have to go out of my way and drive another 40 minutes back to their store to get anything fixed."
"I went in for a brow wax and tint. I knew it was a bad idea when she told me she was going to do the tint first then wax because i knew she wouldn’t be able to see where she needed to wax. Sure enough not only did they look hideous as the tint was too heavy but I had 2 different shaped eyebrows, and she thought they looked fine. Also, I kept having her fix them and she couldn’t so after 45 minutes I had to go to another place to have them fix my eyebrows. Never again!"
