"Was looking to get hair cut for donation (as I do every couple of years) before having to go out of town on business. Since I don't get a full cut that often, I had trouble navigating just what to ask for, but the stylists they had on duty got me squared away with little-to-no wait."
"Walk in at 7:20 pm (closes at 8 pm) and she tells me she can’t cut my hair. She was working on one other person. I will never give this place another shot. Big sign hanging that says “walk ins welcome”…..apparently not."
