"Booked several weeks in advance and was confirmed via Booksy. Booksy sent a reminder a 24 hrs ahead of the appointment. I showed up at the door 15 minutes ahead of time and stayed 5 minutes past appointment time. The store was closed and there was no sign on the door for explanation. Returned home to check website and hours, “Black Friday Might affect these hours” Note the word MIGHT, if the shop is going to be closed then close it and notify the appointments. If you are going to adjust hours to appointments, then adjust hours. Shame on you for the lack of courtesy and customer care. Other than the 2 times my appointment was abused, the staff is friendly and always satisfied with style. Yes, I will continue to use this salon and hopefully this review will improve communication."

"Garrett did an amazing job with my haircut and beard trim. I have really curly hair so it’s not the easiest to style and I needed to look my best for my wedding this weekend. He took his time and made sure the lines and fade were perfect. The atmosphere is great too. It’s like an old school barber shop but reimagined for the modern day."
