"*** As an update to my previous post, I was told I would receive a refund within 7 business days. It's been more than 7 business days (end of day today). I cannot get a hold of Becca. She is not responding to any messages. So now, she has stolen my money. Wonderful. I want to start by saying that Becca is a wonderful stylist. She has cut and colored my hair three times in the past. Over the last few months, however, her business skills have not been very professional. I have attempted to book appointments with her for over a month and a half. She has cancelled on me three times since, twice of which I have actually gone to the location of the salon (once in Madisonville and once at Eros Salon on River Road). The other time I received a text message about 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. I purchased a gift card for over $100 in October, and have been attempting to use it. She does not respond to calls or voicemails. I received a text message reminder and two email reminders of my appointment confirming the date and time. She has not responded to a single thing, or notified me of the cancellation of the appointment. From my point of view, she has now taken off with the money used to purchase the gift card, and is not providing services already paid for. She has not responded to any requests for a refund. I'm really disappointed in this situation and will be taking my business elsewhere."
