"I came to Braxton for help fixing the “hot root” another stylist gave to me 6 weeks before my wedding. I really appreciated her squeezing me in to try and fix it. Somehow she made it so much worse by painting bleach on my hair and using permanent color. My hair was so thin immediately after the appointment and I am still struggling with the damage 6 months later. She acted rushed although I let her know beforehand that I had an appointment later that day. I assumed we had enough time going into the appointment since she didn’t tell me otherwise.
