"I've always liked this park beginning when I used to practice softball for Sidney Electric. Although, due to not many people respecting the park and the city not taking care of it, it is slowly going downhill. The playground is still really nice, no problems for kids to play on it from what I've seen (and played on myself lol). The white swings are rusting and falling apart, I recently sat on one and didn't feel safe with it. I wouldn't try it again until they are replaced or fixed. But if you're looking for a place to have a picnic or take your kids to play this is a very decent place. There's a shelter house with plenty of tables (6 I believe). Also, the water fountain up there doesn't work. So prepare for that if needed."
