"Boooo for store pick up, is not that they didn't give me like five items for christmas dinner that's cool, its that they wanted me to come back in and get them myself. Like, NO. isn't that the reason forpick up? Coz i don't want to shop? Then i called the piick up MANAGER, Sam who i gave the list to, and i drove back and they ran it out to my car. When i got home they still didn't give me another item i thought i was going back to get! I called them and they didn'tcare, the customer service girl needs to go back training she's rude and said they would not refund my money back in my card unless i came inside to do it. Get real! You can keep the 12 bucks kroger, you must need it worse then i do"

"Kroger should strongly consider remodeling this location or better yet replacing it with a modern version of their stores. The Sidney location is outdated and run down. The employees are not an issue. They are always friendly and helpful. The employees can’t help it that Kroger has let the build rundown and become outdated. The mis-aligned aisles make shopping at Sidney Kroger a tiresome chore rather than a pleasure. The design of parking lot ingress and egress is chaotic and unsafe. Case in point, contrast the Sidney Kroger location with the Troy location (just off I-75 EXIT 73). That Troy Kroger is the kind of Kroger experience Sidney shoppers expect and deserve."

"This Kroger is always stocked, and clean with lots of selection. Love Cindy, Heather, and the tall skinny blonde (Do not know her name). The only thing I do not like, especially for a short gal like me is they keep their extra alcohol in front of the cold alcohol, and I cannot reach the one I want. See pic. Move those and you will get 5 stars."

"My local Kroger provides a good experience overall. I find the prices are usually right up my alley for what I want or need concerning food items. I was raised to be thrifty or frugal when it comes to shopping, because one day I may need to use the skill for myself. And I did. I'm ever grateful to Mom for that. I feel that it's a comfortable atmosphere where I can shop at my leisure. Unlike some other stores, I don't feel like I'm being eyeballed or pressured to accelerate my shopping and leave. I feel the human touch here. And that means a lot to me. Kroger is just one of the stores I shop, but it's hometown feel is something I always want to return to. And this store, I recommend."

"I don’t do reviews but I’ve had such a miserable experience I have to. I bought formula and when I brought it home I saw the expiration date was a year ago. I’ve gone in days in a row and the employees have no concern for the fact that I bought year old formula. They tell me no one there can do the return and there’s no one that can do the customer service desk, but I still only have the 30 days to return it. This has been such an awful and stressful experience, and I have no other options as another store can’t do the return."
