Sidney City Waterpark

"Sidney has one of the best pools. I happy that it is pool, and not another slash pad. Staff is always great when I'm there. Never no problems."

"Although it was posted before entry, not having all pools open and accessible is poor management of the facilities. How would one react if they went into a grocery store and were told they could only stock the even aisles last night due to staffing issues? Even with admission being cheaper than surrounding pools and water parks I will not return, or advise others to for the remainder of the season."

"Really would not even give it 1 star but unfortunately zero is not an option. They closed the pool at 3:30 because numbers were low however had no problem taking our money for us enter with our grandaughter after driving an hour to get there. We asked for a partial refund and were told they don't give refunds and when we asked who we needed to speak to about the matter the security guard said he really had no idea that it was now privately managed. I usually don't leave reviews but decided to after trying to explain to our 7 yr old grandaughter for the hour ride home why we had to leave so soon when she was having such a great time! We still don't understand how this even acceptable when the weather was perfectly fine ...no lightning... 70's and cloudy. We won't be donating anymore of our money at the sidney pool and feel just as bad for the several other customers who also paid full price for 2 1/2 hours of swimming."

"Great place to visit. The facility is always well maintained and water temps of the main pool are always comfortable. The water temps for the water slides seem to be about 10 degrees lower than the main pool and this is the main reason I scored it 4 instead of 5 because the water slides are difficult to have fun on when you feel like you are landing in artic waters."

"Nice atmosphere, not too crowded, clean. Lockers available for free. No credit or debit cards so bring cash. Three diving boards and two waterslides. Swimming area is a little small but all around a good place."
