"Absolutely terrible DG location. Customer service is horrible, the store is a huge mess, and you can barely walk through it. I would love to shop the beautiful home decor items they are selling, but I can't because they block all the isles with pallets full of unstocked items. Full isles are ropped off and un-shoppable, with boxes everywhere. When I kindly asked an associate if they could move the carts blocking the isles l, they said no that it wasn't safe to move them. Dollar General is just heading downhill fast. Cheaper and cleaner at Family Dollar. Not to mention i cant evwn purchase items I want. I was trying to purchase an item today, apparently the item wouldn't scan for the associate. He asked me to read off the barcode for him. That's fine, he couldn't see it, that failed mutiple times. He eventually told me to put it back. I had to leave without the items I wanted because they would not scan, and the man couldn't get the barcode on the item to scan. Rather than thw associate put it back, he had me walk it back. DOLLAR GENERAL, will no longer be getting my business."
"Customer service was good. Bought everything I needed. The store is very messy and it's hard to get a cart down the isles because of all the merchandise still in boxes needing to be put away. This store is always a mess."
