"The door says that they open at 8am, so I get here to get my daughter balloons for her birthday at 8am! It is 8:04am and still no light, nothing. Then at 8:05am the employees are dropped off and proceed to go in.....it is now currently 8:08 and I am STILL waiting for them to unlock the door to be able to go inside!! Very unprofessional"
