"Made me feel ugly, pressured to do things I didn’t want to do, and called my fiancé lazy. There was a guy and woman there when we went, the lady was nice but the guy was mean to us. First off, he pressured me into getting longer nails and like my short nails and hands now are ugly and how much long nails would slim my hand. Then also said to not bite or pick at my nails, which I don’t. Also when I said I didn’t want my cuticles cut before he started, he said he has to and immediately did without seeing then if I want to get something else instead to avoid that or anything. Later on, the lady worker did my nails and she was nice, quick, and my nails ended up really pretty, but through all that happened it wasn’t worth it and I won’t recommend this place because of the guy. My fiancé came with me and the male worker kept talking to him, on the topic of college he was aggressive and called my fiancé lazy. That he should have gotten a 4 year degree instead of 2. Even though he already has a good paying full time job with the degree he already got. When my fiancé said multiple times he doesn’t want to pursue a major that made him so unhappy and has no interest in now, the worker said it doesn’t matter, didn’t care, and to just do it for the money. Also the guy asked if this one car in the lot was ours and it made us uncomfortable why he needed to know and was random."

"I got a removal and full set which cost me 180$! Not including tip. The removal process she peeled and scraped them off with a cuticle nipper. She got acrylic all over my cuticles and after 3 days 2 nails have lifted! My nails are uneven in length and the shaping is thick and uneven. The clear part of my nails are murky and bubbled in places. She said nothing about the cost and just rang up my card. I went to JE nails the next day and they said it should have only been 80 and they they'd had complaints about being over charged there before. Update: 1 week later 3 have lifted off and one BROKE!! I've never had this happen."

"I called their business while I was in North Canton. I asked if they would take 'walk-ins' and to my surprise they do! My daughter and I stopped in for a full set with holiday designs. This husband and wife team were excellent! They took care of us right away. They were attentive to what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. Covid-19 has been terrible to small business owners. We need to support small businesses especially ones that excel in their field. My daughter and I are very satisfied with the work they did."
