"Booked with Bailey and paid 130 for my color, didn't like it from the moment it was blown out, she said she would get the toner out and I let her know a few days later it was still really red, was told to use purple and blue shampoo for it to pull the reds but it only started turning it a rosy color. Gave in decided to get highlights to re bleach and get the red colored with some color or something, no reply when asking about an appointment. Went to another stylist that masters in color and he didn't have to use any bleach and said there was still a lot of toner in my hair that was not pulled, he didn't think I should do highlights instead washed out all the toner and my hair was back to the blonde colored end No red, he said those shampoos would do nothing for my hair as the toner was not removed completely. Cost over 100 for the color correction but I'm glad it was done, customer service at the lofts was not on point just recieved a really long text about how that's what reds do in brown hair, when in reality another stylist gave me all the correct information I needed to get my hair to the blonde caramel color I asked for."
