"The best thing about this place is the toys. I arrived there at 11:30, shortly after I get in the lady’s lunch was delivered. Once she was done with the little boy before us I told her I’m in no rush and she can eat first if she would like, she said no it’s okay. It was time for my son to go sit in the chair, I tell her I want it all cut off leaving 2-3 inches on top and 1-1.5 inches on the sides. Well that’s not what she did. So took about 2 inches off everywhere, then dried his hair, I said I would like it shorter and she said well you should have told me that before I dried it. She got it wet again cut about .5 inches off and made a remark about her food getting cold. My son had long hair and was left with about 5 inches on top and 3-4 inches on the side. I will never be going back here again!"

"Went in on a Saturday at 11:15 AM. They open at 10 and close at 2 pm. They told us it would be an hour & 45 minute wait. I have a 2 year old, 1 year old & a newborn. I signed my sons name in & they said they would call shortly before they’d be ready for him and we decided to go home which is on the other end of town. They called at 1:30 & said we had 5 minutes to get there. I said we can be there in 15 and she said they would not be able to accommodate us. So my son did not get his haircut. Very disappointing considering I’ve never had a problem w this place after being there 4 different times."

"Even though it was a long wait it was worth it! She was so quick and did such a great job with my wiggly guys. They look fantastic. Wonderful price too!! We signed in, waited in the car, she called when it was our turn, they got their hair cut, got their candy, paid, and done! We will definitely be back. Thank you!"
