"Used to be my favorite place to get my nails done. Went in today with my 10 year old daughter and I asked for pink and white coffin nails. I am leaving with peach and white nails. That are much shorter than what I wanted, she did not check to see if the length was okay with me before cutting. She did not ask if the peach was okay, it is not. I specifically asked for pink with no glitter., The nails are so thick and misshapen. I have huge bumps in my nails. I am VERY DISSATISFIED. And then to top it off I got my daughter a manicure, and the lady didn't even give her a manicure she just filed her nails and very poorly painted with regular polish. There are air bubbles all throughout her nails, and then the lady left her to sit for over 45 minutes under the nail dryer. She didn't even come to check on her once! I told my daughter to get up and come over to me. Will NOT be back."

"Very disappointed with my service I was told there's no owner or manager I can't get a refund and this is not what I asked for. Said she can re do them in acrylic but she cut my finger. I recently had heart surgery and don't want her to do them if an owner couldn't contact me I just want a refund and these off thanks"

"So first picture was what I asked for and the rest are what I got. I am not super picky about colors though so when she brought over a purple that I didn't pick, I just figured she'd mix it with the pink to do a darker ombre to white. But I did specially ask for pink to white and it's nowhere close to that. I also have 2 fingers that have a black piece of debri or something underneath them you can see it in picture 3. I am going to put a nail sticker over it on my index finger but I am guessing she used dirty brushes and mixed black in? I am not sure but not what I expected for $60 which is $20 more than I pay for this same service elsewhere. The shape is way off. Some nails are more round and others square, I'll have to fix this myself now too. I will say they are smooth and not bumpy which is why I tried a new place than the $20 cheaper salon which I'll be going back to from now on. Overall I am not impressed and won't be back."
