She is polite and kind to me and other customers as well. She actually carries on conversations with me when she is doing my hair and beard which makes it nice. "Olivia needs an attitude adjustment, checked in online. Was waiting in line for 20 minutes patiently, and she says I’m going to skip you and take this guy that just walked in the door who was not checked in online! Because she knew him lol. She asked if that’s okay with me an I kindly said no please I am in a hurry which I was. And she threw a temper tantrum yelling and saying I can’t deal with you! What ??? Then said im not cutting your hair, you are rude to me. Is she okay? She is in the wrong line of work dealing with people if she can’t handle her emotions. I was flabbergasted so was everyone else in the building, the lady she cut while this happened she ruined her hair on top she said. Wow get her out of there management. The other women did great cutting my hair however a was very kind."

"Worst haircut I've ever had...told the stylist to trim only 1 inch off my hair...she trimmed 3-4 inches off! I wanted long layers...looks all choppy, layers are uneven..and my base layer has pieces of hair longer than the others! I now have to go pay to have another haircut at another salon."
