"absolutely terrible service. went to pick up an online order, some young girl with purple hair was at the front. I told her my name, she couldn’t find my order, then tells me “oh yeah my coworker gave your package to someone else.” the other person’s package was still sitting there. she then goes to find my items, and they are out of stock, they had given the last one to the wrong person. The fact that they knew about this, decided not to contact either parties to tell us, and didn’t really even apologize or offer to help me find it somewhere else. she couldn’t offer me a refund, and wouldn’t help find my items at another location after they were out of stock. absolutely terrible, i’ve never seen such careless and ignorant people working at a sally’s."

There was another girl that helped as well. Thank you for helping me. I literally was embarrassed to even go there to get the products. It worked! U saved me from my orange hair. ❤ thank you!!!!"
