"I have been a customers going on 5 years now. Anhdao (Ann) and Dinh (Dean) are both wonderful people and give fabulous service! Anhdao does amazing work and my nails are beautiful every single time. She does lovely nail art with gems and amazing bling effects. They are respectful and protective of the customers time. When its your time, they focus on you.The price is great too. I love that the shop including the restrooms is always very clean. I will be a customer for life!"
"On more than one occasion Dean called to see if I could come in earlier for my appts. which I did. I called and asked if if I could come in early for my appt. Monday, and he said no. (no problem) I ended up calling him to tell him I was going to be a few min. late (literally a few minutes) due to road construction on Portage Trail. He rudely told me not to come. I really thought he was joking until he rudely hung up on me, then didn't answer the phone when I called back. After a over a year of putting up with his attitude, I am happy this happened because I found a great place, with pleasant people, that did a better job on my nails than Dean. I laughed reading all the bad reviews. I don't recommend this place unless you like dealing with attitude."
